Ligad Engineering successfully completed a welding procedure development project for Valser Engineering Sdn Bhd at the Bangi Workshop, valued at RM50,000.00. The project focused on the creation and qualification of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), and Welder Qualification Test (WQT) to support valve repair operations.
Our scope involved developing and documenting welding procedures that ensure consistent, reliable, and code-compliant welds in accordance with industry standards and project requirements. The implementation of these procedures contributed to improved welding quality, repeatability, and safety compliance across all valve repair activities.
